The Enterprise Cyber Risk Analyst is a mid-level position supporting the overall Cyber Risk Team functions. The person has an understanding of acceptable security technical practices and security controls, general federal regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, FTI, ARC-AMPE, and HIPAA, and the ability to learn internal security standards.

Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment. The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) will not sponsor applicants for work visas. The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay. This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting Office of Cyber Security (OCS).

Responsibilities - What you'll do

Facilitate with internal teams on technical security reviews. Review and produce evidence for audits or risk assessments. Support internal supply chain risk management program. Develop security standards for implementation. Perform vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation efforts. Work with external partners to perform penetration and web application testing. Assist with special internal projects involving Cyber Risk. Assist with security awareness training program including training, phishing and reporting. Qualifications - All you need for success

Familiarity with security tools and platforms. Ability to translate business needs into secure technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Efficient documentation and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong documentation and reporting skills to support audits, compliance, and executive briefings. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, HIPAA, Pub-1075). Provide guidance to management on balance between business needs, regulatory requirements and data security. Manage policy reviews to align with changes in services, architecture or threat landscape. Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, Security+). Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
