Sales Cloud & Service Cloud . Experience with integration patterns -
API-led, Kafka, ESB , microservices. Understanding of
SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues)
and Apex governor limits. Functional Skills
Strong understanding of CRM processes:
lead-to-order , case lifecycle, service operations. Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities. Certifications (typically expected)
Salesforce Platform Developer I () Platform Developer II (preferred) Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred) Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred) Additional certifications like
OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, DevOps (Copado)
are a plus.
