Introduction
Seeking an experienced engineer to design, build, and operate core Client Active Directory infrastructure, focusing on isolated forests, segregated domains, and security-driven directory architectures. This role is critical to enabling secure authentication, legacy containment, privilege isolation, and enterprise identity resilience.
Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining Active Directory forests, trees, and domains. Proficiency in implementing resource forests, containment forests, and hardened domains. Experience in designing and managing inter-forest and intra-forest trusts. Expertise in deploying, patching, and maintaining Domain Controllers and managing FSMO roles, DNS integration, and SYSVOL. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with legacy protocol isolation and service account governance. Knowledge of AD attack surface reduction and privilege isolation domains. Familiarity with coordinating application and server migrations between domains or forests. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Active Directory forests, trees, and domains. Enforce Active Directory security best practices and tiered administration models. Diagnose and resolve replication failures, authentication and trust issues, DNS, and Kerberos-related problems. Company Benefits & Culture
