Sales Coordinator

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination. Manage scheduling and follow-up communications with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations. Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Track and report on sales metrics and performance. Requirements

Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a related field preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits
