5:00 PM or 9:00 AM
5:00 PM Part-Time: Monday/Tuesday (full day) or Thursday/Friday (mornings) Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Now Hiring Warehouse Picker/Packers! Qualified Staffing is hiring Warehouse Picker/Packers for an automotive parts and accessories warehouse in Petersburg, VA. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What Youll Do
Pick customer orders by reading pick tickets and locating items within the warehouse Accurately pull parts from inventory and stage them for packing Pack automotive parts securely to prevent damage during shipment Load completed orders for outbound shipping Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and maintaining clean work areas Identify missing items and communicate with team members to resolve issues Follow safety procedures and maintain awareness of warehouse hazards What Were Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in close proximity with team members Basic math and reading skills Ability to follow instructions and maintain organization Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Why Work With Qualified Staffing?
