Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 4 days on Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the physical therapist Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the physical therapist Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and exercises Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes Drug screens and background checks may be required Standard dress code applies
