Navigate Insurance Logistics: You will proactively confirm coverage and secure necessary pre-authorizations for scheduled procedures, ensuring there are no hurdles to patient care. Empower Patients through Clarity: You'll calculate financial responsibilities and have transparent, compassionate conversations with patients and providers regarding insurance limitations or unauthorized services. Coordinate with Precision: Acting as a liaison, you will keep both patients and practitioners informed on the status of referrals and authorizations to prevent any surprises on the day of service. Master the Details: You will maintain meticulous records of all billing activities and claims, ensuring our daily reconciliation process is accurate and every patient account tells a clear story. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
