Order Processor I - ONSITE
The Order Processor I position is responsible for entering orders into one or more production systems and for meeting individual productivity and quality targets. Key duties/responsibilities include preparing orders for entry into production systems, researching and assigning product codes, entering orders using Single Key and/or Double Key methods, correcting and releasing hold for edit orders, training other Order Processor employees, and ensuring productivity and quality targets are met. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, technical and computer knowledge, data entry experience preferred, typing accuracy of 99%, typing speed of 50+ WPM, ability to spot errors and discrepancies in orders, skills in managing time effectively, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to troubleshoot issues, capability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, ability to adjust to new systems or changes, focus on meeting customer needs, and ability to work well in a team environment.
