This dynamic position will actively participate in the servicing of the Credit Union's mortgage, consumer, specialty, and commercial loan portfolios. The incumbent in this position is expected to have prior knowledge of all general activities in the Loan Servicing department. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Loan Servicing requests from members and internal staff; management of loan servicing systems and processes; and will have focus on projects and special initiatives. This position requires collaboration with other servicing staff to provide high-quality service to our members. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and completing loan servicing department projects and initiatives and participation as a key member of inter-departmental or vendor projects. Communicate effectively with other members of the loan servicing team and be a primary point of contact within the department to review and respond to member questions, system processing support, and back up for tasks within the department. Assist members via phone, email, and mail by researching, resolving, and following up as necessary in a timely fashion while providing a high level of member service. Provide member support by responding to internal phone calls, emails, customer relationship management (CRM) inquiries by researching, resolving, and following up as necessary in a timely fashion while providing a high level of member service. Perform loan account maintenance and financial transactions including payments, payment reversals and corrections, and payoffs in the core servicing system. Maintain a working knowledge of all internal software, vendor sites, and other electronic systems to enable completion of job responsibilities. Recommend procedural changes when appropriate and update and implement written procedures for the enhancement of work efficiencies and reduction of negative member impact/risk to the Credit Union. Manage the construction loan portfolio including but not limited to construction disbursement, minor conversions, and loan maintenance. Assist in the preparations of documentation for internal and government agency audits. Research, maintain and update loan rate indexes in core system. Manage the documentation, member communication and system updates for loan modifications requests. Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws/regulatory requirements as related to functional areas including the Patriot Act, Truth in Lending, Reg B, Reg Z, and Bank Secrecy Act. Process loan sale transactions tasks including audit and delivery of collateral documents and processing of sale transactions in the core system. Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of loan servicing general ledger accounts including researching and clearing exceptions. Review daily reports under for loan maintenance review procedures and audit to supporting documentation. Complete various other tasks as assigned that may include but are not limited to booking new loans, loan quality control reviews, collateral perfections, insurance tracking and force placement, preparing payoff quotes, release/satisfaction of collateral, tax and insurance escrow research and processing, document research. Who You Are

Must have customer service experience and a minimum of 2 - 5 years' servicing experience Adept at utilizing technology and various software platforms to process information The candidate must demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal & written) The candidate should be detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in Microsoft Office applications Transactional processing experience with strong commitment to providing excellent member service What We Offer

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly range for this position is $26.78 - $33.48, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
