Automotive Detailer
We are currently seeking automotive detailers to join our growing team. We offer a clean and safe environment. Come be part of a team determined to be the best! The detailer cleans and refurbishes new and pre-owned vehicles, conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specification and time allowances. This position's compensation is between the applicable minimum wage up to a maximum potential of $22.00 per hour. Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record required. Benefits Medical, dental and vision Group insurance plans and discounts 401K retirement savings plan Paid vacation and holidays Disability insurance LAP (life assistance program) Basic life, dependent and accident insurance Growth opportunities Paid training Employee purchase incentives Family owned and operated Health and wellness Flexible work schedule Discounts on products and services Direct deposit Responsibilities Inspecting vehicle for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery Restoring using appropriate materials Wash, wax and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows Applying special-purpose cleaner to remove foreign materials Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment Apply dressing on tires and tire wells Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand and body protection Report any safety issues immediately to management Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable conditions at all times Qualifications Ability to pay attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to follow instructions Positive attitude Clean driving record and valid CA driver license Accepts constructive criticism with motivation towards improvement on job performance Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Our company is committed to hiring a diverse and qualified workforce.
