Regional Sales Manager – Northeast & Southeast (USA)
Location: Hybrid, ideally based Carolinas

The Opportunity
This is a senior, revenue‑critical role with full ownership of regional sales strategy, execution, and results. You will drive profitable growth through a mix of direct sales leadership and indirect channel management, while building strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end users.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver regional revenue, margin, and growth targets
Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy aligned to customer and market segmentation
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive new business acquisition and expand key accounts across multi‑site customers
Build and optimize distributor and channel partner performance
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing strategies to maximize long‑term value
Act as a senior commercial ambassador at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

You are a hands‑on, growth‑oriented sales leader with a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset. You know how to win in complex B2B environments, influence through data and relationships, and turn strategy into sustained commercial results.
We see the Carolinas as an ideal base, sitting at the natural midpoint of the Northeast & Southeast territory and allowing faster access to customers, partners, and key accounts across the region.
Occasional travel to our Erlanger, KY facility with regular regional travel. Competitive base salary, uncapped OTE, car allowance, 401(k) match, healthcare, paid parental leave, and strong long‑term development within a FTSE 100 group.
