Job Title

Responsible for meeting Loan Servicing and/or Bankruptcy department SLAs, provide frontline support and achieve department goals. This role is responsible for gathering, performing, and processing advanced technical operations including bankruptcy. Role and Responsibilities

Support Consumer Loan Servicing and/or Bankruptcy Team in reaching department goals. Responsible for processing filing notifications, proof of claims, reaffirmations, and other account maintenance requests related to bankruptcies. Prepare documents and update existing loan records when subsequent changes have been approved related to modifications, balloons, extension agreements. Assist with communication between BCU and 3rd party partners for assistance on Bankruptcy or Product Claims, Purchases and Cancellations. Support and guide frontline departments with problem solving in a timely manner through emails and TEAMs. Review, sort and file all on-site mail related to Imaging. Answer questions regarding products, policies, and procedures. Engage and assist team with best member experience. Meet and exceed service level standards. Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Results oriented. Member and quality focus. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. High proficiency with Symitar, Akkelerant, Evolve, PSCU, Dealertrack, MS Office Suite preferred. Highly motivated, able to prioritize work and perform well in a high-volume environment.
