Part Time = Must be flexible Open Availability 3 Days/8 hour shifts between 6:00AM-8:00PM Rotating Weekends Work Location

Arnett Hospital Key Responsibilities

Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. Respond to all alerts following procedures and maintain accurate documentation for future records. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
