The Business Service Representative role provides customer support to Equifax Mortgage Customers. In this role you will field telephone calls and/or emails pertaining to the support of our Mortgage Customers. What you'll do: Answer customer calls and/or emails providing prompt issue resolution Manage outbound calls to gain information and/or follow up to resolve customer issues Contribute to positive metrics: Quality, productivity, email aging, adherence, et cetera Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in Salesforce
