Role Overview Digital Ink is hiring a Videographer / Marketing & Social Media Manager to serve as the centralized marketing and content lead across all TBL-owned businesses. This role is hands-on and creative, but also operational—owning content production, social media execution, and day-to-day marketing coordination. You will be responsible for producing video and digital content, managing social media platforms, coordinating marketing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. This position will also manage and coordinate work with our in-house graphic designer , ensuring projects are priced correctly, scoped properly, and delivered on schedule. This role is designed to fully leverage Digital Ink's in-house capabilities, including banners, apparel, print, video, and branded marketing assets. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit video content (short-form, long-form, social, promo) * Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) * Develop and execute marketing campaigns for multiple TBL entities * Serve as the centralized marketing manager for all TBL businesses * Coordinate and manage projects with the in-house graphic designer * Price marketing jobs and coordinate timelines and deliverables * Ensure consistent branding, quality, and messaging across all platforms * Track content performance and suggest improvements * Work directly with ownership and leadership on marketing priorities
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong videography and video editing skills * Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands * Understanding of marketing strategy and content planning * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Comfortable coordinating and overseeing creative work from others * Strong communication and organizational skills * Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, or similar (preferred)
Preferred (Not Required)
* Experience managing or leading creative teams * Knowledge of print, apparel, banners, or physical marketing materials * Familiarity with small business or multi-brand marketing environments
