Step into a Sales Support Specialist role in Springfield where you'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to make sure details are right, communication is clear, and everything stays on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of administrative or assistant experience in a professional setting
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and on a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team
• Maintain and update CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate customer and order data
• Create and revise equipment and service quotes and orders
• Perform data entry across multiple internal systems
• Review and update customer records for accuracy
• Compile and consolidate data for reporting and archiving (production hours, costs, manuals, etc.)
• Scan and convert historical documents into electronic files
• Handle incoming calls and assist customers as needed
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
