What You'll Do: Schedule and prioritize jobs for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics Provide top-tier customer servicerespond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and concerns Partner with the sales team daily to promote service packages and drive product sales Prepare and manage work orders, capturing full details of service jobs Resolve customer issues, ensuring follow-through for a positive experience Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment by following all safety protocols What You Bring: Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in customer service preferred Strong working knowledge of automotive and tire service processes Coordinate effectively with technicians and advisors to drive productivity Handle customer escalations and warranty claims with professionalism Comfortable with Microsoft Office and service management software Ability to write clear, accurate repair orders and estimates Familiarity with scheduling and service-calendar optimization What We Offer: 401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%) Comprehensive health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Weekly Pay Paid Vacation, within 6 months Paid Holidays, eligible Day 1 Short-term Disability Life Insurance, both company-paid and voluntary Paid Uniforms Professional development and learning opportunities
