Take ownership of major Japanese OEM accounts and drive real commercial impact.

This is a high-profile, commercially focused role where you will define and execute the strategy for key Japanese OEM accounts across North America. You will have full ownership of your accounts, shaping direction, increasing market share, and strengthening long-term partnerships with some of the most influential players in the automotive sector.


The Company

A leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier, recognized for its expertise in bonding, coating, sealing and damping technologies. With a strong international presence across North America, Europe and Asia, they are a trusted partner to major OEMs, known for innovation, technical capability and long-standing customer relationships.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans to drive revenue and margin growth
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with OEM stakeholders
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand product penetration
  • Lead customer programs from early specification through to successful launch


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing Japanese OEM accounts within the automotive sector
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive materials, adhesives or engineered chemical solutions
  • Knowledge of automotive quality processes such as APQP and PPAP
  • Professional Japanese language skills
