Founding Account Executive
Working with an early-stage, high-growth tech company hiring a founding sales hire to help scale an already proven product.
They’ve got strong early traction with B2B customers and are now looking for someone who can turn that into a repeatable revenue engine.
The role
You’ll work directly with the founders to build and own the GTM motion from day one.
- Own full-cycle sales (prospecting → close)
- Run discovery, demos, and close mid–enterprise deals
- Build pipeline from both network and outbound
- Shape messaging, positioning, and early sales process
- Partner with product on feedback and roadmap
What they’re looking for
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, 2+ years closing
- Strong track record closing $10k+ deals
- Able to generate pipeline (not just close inbound)
- Comfortable in early-stage, low-structure environments
- Brings energy, ownership, and a builder mindset
