$16-$17.36/hr

Responsibilities: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls (40–60 inbound, 10–20 outbound daily). Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging. Perform accurate data entry and order processing, including frame ordering. Conduct research and follow-through on customer requests (5–15 minutes per case). Resolve customer issues using internal systems and tools. Escalate unresolved concerns appropriately. Maintain professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask efficiently. Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls daily.

Nice to have: Prior customer service or call center experience. Optical industry experience is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets/formulas). Familiarity with DVI software (order entry and job lookup).
