Our client is a leading manufacturer of recreation equipment and amenities. Seeking an Architectural Sales Representative that is extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about in the marketplace. Target focus includes: Architectural Contractors and Landscape Contractors. Presentations are made to clients (Lunch and Learns), therefore you must possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture Min. 3+ years of B2B Sales experience selling into the architecture and design industry Background working in or with architecture offices Knowledge/Understanding of public sector applications such as parks and schools a plus Knowledge/Understanding of Architecture industry and landscape architecture Proven track record of cold calling and prospecting Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship sales Excellent presentation and communication skills Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM required Ability to travel within territory and attend American Institute of Architects / American Society of Landscape Architects events/meetings
Offering:
Base Salary $100,000 + Bonus Year 1 @ plan $150,000 with no cap Quarterly and Year-end Bonus Incentive Expenses: Car Allowance + Gas, Travel Full Benefits Package
