- one of the most-watched creators in the world. With over 60+ million subscribers and over 20 billion views across multiple platforms including YouTube, Amazon Prime, and others, our mission is to create bold, funny, fast-paced videos that captivate
Gen Alpha
and young viewers (5-15). From outrageous challenges to viral pranks and story-driven skits, our team pushes creativity to the max every day.
The Role: We're looking for a
creative, fast, and funny
and experienced YouTube scriptwriter to help develop content that hooks viewers from the first second and keeps them watching until the end. You'll collaborate closely with producers, additional scriptwriters and talent to craft original video concepts, punchy dialogue, and scripts that match our signature comedic tone and world of characters.
What You’ll Do: Write scripts for challenge videos, pranks, reaction-style content, and character-based sketches Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop new formats Tailor content to fit Zhong’s voice: upbeat, chaotic, funny, and family-friendly Optimize scripts for high viewer retention and shareability Ideally join us on-site in our Production house for select days to get familiar with our workflow, set dynamics, and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For: - Experience writing for YouTube channels, especially challenges, stories or prank content - Strong understanding of pacing, comedic timing, and what engages

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 Competitive, based on experience and creative fit Base salary plus performance based bonus
