Fixed Income Analyst (New York)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Operations Analyst to support Fixed Income trade lifecycle activities. This role sits within a high-performing operations team and requires strong coordination with front office and settlements teams to ensure accurate and timely trade processing. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

MSRB Communicate effectively with front office, operations, and external counterparties to resolve issues Required Qualifications 3–5+ years

of Middle Office / Trade Support experience (open to more senior candidates) Strong experience supporting

Fixed Income products

(vanilla products required) Hands-on experience with: Trade allocation Trade matching Break resolution Experience with industry platforms such as

CTM

and

ALERT Working knowledge of

TRACE

and

MSRB

reporting requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high trade volumes Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Nice to Have Exposure to additional asset classes (beyond Fixed Income) Experience in high-volume, fast-paced trading environments Ability to quickly ramp up and operate in a cross-training environment
