Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Operations Analyst to support Fixed Income trade lifecycle activities. This role sits within a high-performing operations team and requires strong coordination with front office and settlements teams to ensure accurate and timely trade processing. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities Support
account opening and maintenance
processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Manage
trade allocation and trade matching
across Fixed Income products Partner closely with
settlements teams
to investigate and resolve trade breaks Ensure
accurate and timely trade matching
using industry platforms Monitor trade flow and proactively identify discrepancies or issues Utilize systems such as
CTM
and
ALERT
to facilitate trade processing Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, including
TRACE
and
MSRB Communicate effectively with front office, operations, and external counterparties to resolve issues Required Qualifications 3–5+ years
of Middle Office / Trade Support experience (open to more senior candidates) Strong experience supporting
Fixed Income products
(vanilla products required) Hands-on experience with: Trade allocation Trade matching Break resolution Experience with industry platforms such as
CTM
and
ALERT Working knowledge of
TRACE
and
MSRB
reporting requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high trade volumes Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Nice to Have Exposure to additional asset classes (beyond Fixed Income) Experience in high-volume, fast-paced trading environments Ability to quickly ramp up and operate in a cross-training environment
