Commercial Lead HVAC Installer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing HVAC systems in commercial properties. The HVAC Installer will work closely with contractors to ensure their satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to schematics and specifications. * Perform equipment replacements as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems. * Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by effectively using tools and equipment for installation tasks. * Braze components as necessary for system installations. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Installer is preferred. * Familiarity with schematics and blue prints, and duct design related to HVAC systems is essential. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to install various HVAC equipment. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team while running a crew of up 6 people with ability to train new employees on the job.
