Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, for a Director of Entrepreneurship Programs at City of Refuge. The Director will oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to foster entrepreneurship among underserved individuals and communities. Responsibilities include developing and managing strategic partnerships, securing funding for programs, mentoring and guiding program participants, and ensuring program alignment with the organization's mission and goals. The Director will also lead training sessions, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective integration of programs within the broader framework of City of Refuge services.
Qualifications Strategic Planning, Program Development, and Project Management experience Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities Experience with Community Engagement and Stakeholder Relationship Building Skills in Budget Management and Fundraising Knowledge of Entrepreneurship, Small Business Development, and Workforce Development Proven ability to mentor and coach diverse individuals effectively Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus Familiarity with the challenges faced by underserved communities Passion for social impact and community transformation
