I'm working with a Leading Investment Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Tampa, FL.
Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis (e.g., LBOs, DCFs, comparable companies) to assess potential investment opportunities Perform in-depth due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning of target companies Support deal execution by coordinating with advisors (bankers, lawyers, consultants) and assisting in structuring transactions Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees and senior stakeholders Monitor portfolio companies by tracking performance, building operating models, and working with management teams on strategic initiatives
