We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to help us better understand and optimize our marketing performance across digital channels. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that directly influence how we acquire, engage, and retain customers.
You’ll partner closely with teams across marketing, product, sales, and finance to improve campaign effectiveness, guide investment decisions, and support overall business growth. This is a highly visible role where your insights will help shape strategy at both the campaign and executive level.
What You’ll Do
Own Marketing Performance Insights Analyze performance across key digital channels including paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), DTC (Shopify), email, affiliate, and influencer marketing Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization across the customer journey
Build Dashboards & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like
Looker, Tableau, or Looker Studio Deliver clear, actionable reporting on key metrics such as
ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and customer retention Translate data into insights that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand
Manage & Optimize Data Infrastructure Consolidate data from multiple sources using
SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, validation, and cleanup Partner with teams to improve tracking, attribution, and data quality
Drive Strategy & Decision-Making Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and budget allocation Support and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies Use data to forecast trends and inform future growth initiatives
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with marketing channel owners, leadership, and other stakeholders Help teams interpret performance data and make informed decisions Support implementation of new tools, integrations, and automation workflows

What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications 5+ years of experience in
marketing analytics, marketing operations, or similar roles Strong proficiency in
SQL
and experience working with large datasets (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar) Experience building dashboards and reports using
BI tools
(Looker, Tableau, Looker Studio) Solid understanding of
digital marketing metrics and performance analysis
(ROAS, CAC, attribution, etc.) Hands-on experience with
web analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
Preferred Experience Experience in
eCommerce or DTC environments (Shopify preferred) Familiarity with paid media platforms ( Google Ads, Meta Ads ) and marketing tools (Klaviyo, GTM, etc.) Exposure to
multi-touch attribution
and advanced analytics Experience supporting
A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Nice to Have Proficiency in
Python or R
for advanced analytics or automation Experience at a
high-growth DTC or consumer brand Analytics certifications or advanced training
