Role Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist role is pure research — no sales calls, no client outreach. You work databases, public records, and proprietary data sources to identify individuals with unclaimed property, verify their information, pull together supporting documentation, and hand off a complete lead package to our sales team through our CRM. The quality of what you hand off determines how effectively the sales team closes. Which means your work directly drives revenue — and your commission reflects that. This role is right for you if: ✔ You have a researcher’s instinct — when the first search comes up empty, you try the next angle ✔ You can process high volume without cutting corners on quality ✔ You’re self-directed and don’t need to be asked when something is lagging ✔ You have experience in skip tracing, title, records research, insurance investigation, or similar ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish? That’s a real plus for us right now. You’ll train directly with our Houston lead gen team, report to our Director of Operations, and be a named contributor to an 11-year-old company that’s about to get a lot bigger.
