Investor Relations Coordinator

Have 12+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally within a hedge fund, private equity, or financial services environment Are highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Bring a proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong judgment Your Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM systems and internal databases to support investor outreach, tracking, and relationship management Coordinate calendars, client calls, meetings, and investor roadshows Prepare client account summaries and briefing materials ahead of investor meetings Assemble and distribute materials for investor communications and presentations Support management of the business development pipeline Process expense reports and handle ad hoc administrative tasks Assist with planning investor events, including luncheons and update calls Contribute to the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Meeting Where You'll Make an Impact:
Serve as a key partner to the Investor Relations team, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience Help drive organization and efficiency across investor communications and business development efforts Play a visible role in investor engagement, from meeting prep to event execution Support the firm's growth by enabling strong investor relationships and operational excellence
