* Leverage our proprietary platform to source talented healthcare candidates, supplemented by your personal network * Connect with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest * Schedule meetings between candidates and recruiters for in-depth screening * Follow up with candidates to nurture interest and assist in the hiring process * Maintain meticulous records in our applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy * Earn commissions based on the meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your connections Qualifications for Success
