As part of our team, the Entry Level Customer Support role focuses on assisting customers through face-to-face interactions, answering questions, and helping guide them through available service plans. Key Responsibilities as Entry-Level Customer Support Provide in-person assistance to customers as part of the Entry Level Customer Support team. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach when handling customer concerns. Track interactions and update records to ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in both service and sales. Entry Level Customer Support Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
