Position Overview
A&A Global Industries is seeking a Freelance Product Photographer to support high-volume eCommerce photography during peak periods. This is an on-site role based in Cockeysville, MD, working closely with our internal team to capture, edit, and deliver product imagery quickly and consistently, directly supporting product launches and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Photography
Capture high-quality, studio-style product images for eCommerce
Produce 3–5 consistent, on-brand images per product
Editing & File Delivery
Edit images (cropping, color correction, formatting) for eCommerce use
Ensure all assets meet brand and platform standards
Organization & Workflow
Organize and deliver files by SKU using established naming conventions
Maintain consistency across all product imagery
Production & Turnaround
Manage high-volume output (approximately 20–50 products per week)
Meet tight timelines, including same-day or 24-hour turnaround when needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in product or eCommerce photography (toy or candy experience preferred)
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color accuracy
Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume production environment
Reliable, consistent turnaround times
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow creative direction
Own photography equipment preferred
Portfolio required , must include examples of product or studio photography
Engagement Details
1099 freelance contractor role
On-site work required in Cockeysville, MD
Approximately 20 hours per week, 2-3 days per week
Project-based or ongoing support during peak seasons
Flexible schedule based on deliverables
Compensation aligned to experience and scope
