Our platform automates complex investigative work, surfaces new insights from existing data, and enables departments to close cases that would otherwise remain unsolved. We are scaling rapidly and building the foundation for a predictable, high-performing revenue engine.
Role Overview We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own and build TRULEO’s entire revenue engine from the ground up. You will own the systems, processes, and execution that drive revenue across the full lifecycle from first touch through renewal and expansion. You will partner directly with leadership to translate strategy into execution, enforce operational rigor, and create a scalable foundation for growth. This role is based in Greenville and requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments and wants real ownership.
What You’ll Own End-to-End Revenue Engine
Own the full revenue lifecycle: marketing → sales → closed won → onboarding → renewal → expansion
Build the operating system that drives predictable, repeatable revenue growth
Align sales, marketing, and customer success around shared metrics and execution
HubSpot & GTM Systems (Full Ownership)
Serve as the architect and owner of HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stack
Design pipelines, lifecycle stages, automation, and reporting infrastructure
Ensure data integrity, attribution, and full-funnel visibility
Pipeline, Forecasting & Revenue Predictability
Own pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy
Build forecasting models and enforce discipline across the sales team
Provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
Quote-to-Cash (Deal → Invoice → Revenue)
Own the flow from closed deal through billing and invoicing
Ensure contracts, pricing, and invoices are aligned and accurate
Build scalable processes for deal structuring, approvals, and execution Renewals & Expansion
Build and manage renewal tracking, workflows, and forecasting
Create systems to drive expansion revenue and minimize churn
Partner with customer success to ensure retention and growth
Revenue Analytics & Reporting
Own all revenue reporting including pipeline, conversion, and ARR metrics
Build dashboards and deliver insights that guide leadership decisions
Establish a single source of truth for the business
Strategic Partnerships Operations
Operationalize partnerships as a revenue channel
Build systems to track, measure, and scale partnership-driven growth
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and customer success
Drive accountability and execution against aggressive growth targets
Establish a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership roles
Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot (required)
Proven track record of building and scaling revenue infrastructure in a high-growth environment
Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics
Experience owning or supporting quote-to-cash processes, including billing and invoicing
Experience building systems for renewals, expansion, and customer lifecycle management
Highly analytical with strong business judgment
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Strong leadership and cross-functional execution skills
