We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Hybrid wholesale Account Manager / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Property & Casualty & Professional Lines for insurance operations. This role is responsible for servicing commercial accounts, supporting retail agents and insureds, and delivering a best-in-class client experience with professionalism and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is licensed in Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines, experienced in commercial insurance markets (including Professional Liability, E&O, and Cyber), and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will take ownership of accounts, proactively manage workflows, and contribute to the continued success and expansion of our organization. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Service Serve as a primary service contact for assigned accounts, retail agents, and insureds. Build strong relationships by delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service. Understand account goals, coverage structures, and renewal strategies. Proactively manage account timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities and communicate them to producers and clients. Quote & Placement Process Market submissions and follow up with underwriters for competitive terms and coverage options. Review, analyze, and summarize quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and deliver professional quote presentations (retail or wholesale). Communicate coverage terms, conditions, and recommendations clearly to agents and insureds. Assist in securing binding orders and coordinating financing when needed. Binding & Policy Execution Review binding requests, subjectivities, and required documentation for completeness and compliance. Coordinate binding with carriers and ensure all regulatory requirements (including surplus lines) are met. Issue binders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and timely. Document all activity within agency management systems. Coordinate with internal/external resources (e.g., ResourcePro) for policy issuance and processing. Post-Binding & Ongoing Service Manage post-bind activities including collecting subjectivities and resolving outstanding items. Ensure surplus lines filings and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, and policy changes as requested. Monitor and address cancellations, non-payments, and reinstatements. Maintain complete and organized account documentation. Operational Excellence Adhere to internal workflows, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). Proactively identify and elevate issues that may impact service, timelines, or client satisfaction. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
