Job Title: National Account Executive Department: Enterprise Sales Team Reporting To: SVP, National Partnerships Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Transparency The anticipated starting salary range for New York based individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as well as internal and external equity. The Enterprise Sales Team partners with major national clients to develop, manage, and grow revenue across Audacy’s platforms. This high‑velocity sales role requires industry expertise, relationships, and a proven ability to close deals while leading a team to exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities Meet quarterly revenue targets by selling OTA, podcasts, Audacy Digital, and Live Events to national brands and agencies. Create holistic solutions that position the Audacy brand across all platforms for maximum advertiser impact. Own agency contact mapping, business reviews, education plans, and communication across US agency/holding companies. Structure and develop a strategic US holding company narrative to drive growth and adoption of Audacy’s portfolio. Identify holding company initiatives that align with Audacy solutions and drive scalable innovation, data activation, insights, research, and audio engagement. Serve as the primary liaison and internal advocate for Audacy, focusing on key C‑Level relationships with US sales leadership. Source new business and collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to roll out new capabilities based on market feedback. Report on revenue trends, spending patterns, and new clients to global/regional/local sales, identifying realignment or corrective measures. Plan, negotiate, and close complex deals with top‑level decision makers, meeting or exceeding quarterly goals. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of brand advertising, media planning, or brand development experience leading businesses or accounts. Personal network with senior agency and brand contacts across multiple agency groups. Experience developing and executing multi‑platform solutions; podcast experience is a plus. Proven success working in or with media and creative agencies. Track record of growing revenue through strategic relationships. Experience opening new accounts and driving growth across a broad spectrum of client categories. Strong understanding of performance‑based marketing and data‑driven sales, with ability to translate technical ideas into simple terms. Collaborative experience in matrix organizations, driving deliverable timelines. Passion for high‑impact presentations and leading training programs for large audiences. Responsibility for creation and delivery of US holding company quarterly and annual business reviews. Strong negotiation skills and proven success in closing business. Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be based in New York. Must hold a valid driver’s license and pass a motor‑vehicle record check. If the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
