Your role is both hands-on and collaborative—bringing thoughtful, brand-led design thinking to proactive pitches, marketing materials, client presentations, and project deliverables.You will partner closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to ensure graphic design and visual storytelling are intentionally integrated into retail and experiential concepts, from early ideas through final presentations. This role requires comfort working across branding, environmental graphics, and marketing communications, as well as readiness to present work to internal teams and client stakeholders in support of business development and project efforts.**What You Will Do*** Support proactive pitches, proposals, and new business efforts through the design of presentation graphics, layouts, diagrams, and visual narratives* Design marketing and studio collateral, including pitch decks, qualifications, case studies, and promotional materials across print and digital platforms* Develop and refine branding and visual identity elements for retail and consumer-facing projects, ensuring consistency across touchpoints* Contribute to environmental graphic design (EGD) efforts such as in-store graphics, wayfinding, signage, brand moments, and experiential installations* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate graphic design thoughtfully into retail, spatial, and experience-driven projects* Create custom visuals—including infographics, diagrams, iconography, and illustrations—to clearly communicate complex ideas* Enhance storytelling through strong layout, composition, visual hierarchy, animation, motion graphics and video editing.* Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, visually consistent, and presentation-ready, while meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities* Maintain and organize a library of graphics, branding elements, and marketing assets* Mentor and train staff on graphic tools, motion/video techniques, and the use of templates and standards**Your Qualifications*** 8+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication (agency, studio, or in-house)* Degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field* Solid understanding of branding systems and how they translate across digital, print, and physical environments* Experience with or strong interest in retail, consumer experiences, environmental graphics, or experiential design* Excellent graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail* Curiosity around evolving technology to support innovative and improved practices* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset* A portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, consumer-focused design across presentations, marketing, and experiential applications* Proficiency in Powerpoint and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Dreamweaver* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset* Enthusiastic about design fundamentals and staying current with visual, motion, and multimedia trends*\*\*The base salary will be estimated between $95,000-115,000k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
