Job Description
The MAVYRET HCP Marketing Manager will actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of brand strategies and tactical initiatives that support MAVYRET’s HCP commercial objectives. The Marketing Manager will partner with key cross-functional partners (marketing analytics and business intelligence, CE, clinical development, medical affairs, medical and regulatory review, OEC, and legal) to identify and use customer insights to develop stakeholder specific messaging across multiple channels. This individual will also lead work with our multiple agencies and manage a large budget.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of core HCP promotional assets, including personal promotional materials such as ISAs, print materials, iRep emails, and Suggestions.
Ensure seamless execution and pull‑through of HCP brand strategy across all promotional touchpoints and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, including shepherding new data through the Consistent with FDA‑required Labeling (CFL) process.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to elevate brand messaging and optimize promotional claims, ensuring alignment with approved labeling and maximizing impact where appropriate.
Partner with training teams to ensure effective integration of HCP promotional tools into training programs, driving pull‑through and field adoption of key marketing materials and tactics.
Collaborate with Digital Labs to enhance the efficiency and impact of rep‑facing materials, and lead the identification and implementation of innovative approaches to leverage digital capabilities for improved field effectiveness.
Work with cross‑functional teams to generate and analyze HCP data/insights to continue to evolve and improve HCP segmentation and tactical execution.
Set strategic direction for agencies and manage projects and agencies within time and budget parameters, including measurement and optimization of promotional materials.
Establish a highly effective collaborative working relationship with the C‑Force sales leadership team to ensure that field insights are heard and incorporated into marketing tactics as aligned to the consumer strategies.
Effectively communicate brand vision, strategy and objectives to internal cross‑functional partners and sales leadership to drive brand business objectives.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Marketing experience, specifically in strategy
Competency in core marketing capabilities such as translating insights into messages, creative development, and optimization across the marketing mix
Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams, including timeline and budget management
Ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
Success working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives
Experience leading or supporting strategic and tactical planning
Strong written and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, and internal cross‑functional partners.
Campaign experience (e.g., core message development or brand story work)
Proven connectivity to field sales force; alignment to communications
Ability to influence senior management

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
