Who We Are Looking For Passport Brand Designs, a division of VML, is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Freelance, Integrated Marketing to join our team. You will help drive client services marketing management for a key client, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive modern account management and striving for excellence. What You’ll Do Relationship & Stakeholder Management – Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand and transform business objectives into viable marketing plans. Integrated Marketing Campaigns and GTM Motions – Manage the plan, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation motions including Social and Digital, Traditional and Broadcast. Reporting and Analysis – Partner with Analytics team to help derive insights on campaign performance and optimize across marketing engines, planning for new campaigns. Cross Collaboration – Collaborate with different marketing teams to drive execution across the marketing mix. Project Management – Drive executional and operational campaign excellence, managing timelines and deliverables with peers and stakeholders. Brand Expert – Build knowledge and expertise of brand and compliance guidelines for your assigned solution/industry portfolio, becoming a subject matter expert. Focused – Place importance on details and strive for excellence. What You’ll Need 2 to 5+ years of client‑focused marketing and communications experience. Proven experience driving omnichannel marketing and communication campaigns. Proven project management and client services leadership experience. Understanding and experience of the integrated marketing mix and operations needed for a successful campaign. Demonstrated skills in relationship management, cross‑group collaboration, and conflict resolution. Position Details This role is hybrid, a W2 hourly freelance position based in the NYC office. Compensation is $50‑$65 per hour, with a competitive benefits package.
