Requirements

Location: In‑office in our Carrollton, TX offices.

Schedule:

9:30am – 5:45pm (Sat 9am – 12pm CST)

11:30am – 8pm CST (Mon‑Fri)

11:30am – 8pm CST (Mon‑Fri)

Pay: Starting $16.00/hour + commissions + Sign‑On Bonus for applicants with 12+ months of call center experience.

What You’ll Do

Champion our customer‑first culture by delivering outstanding support.

Guide customers through financial solutions across multiple brands.

Accurately document customer interactions using proprietary systems.

Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).

Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.

Professionalism, discretion, and self‑motivation.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply.
