What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across assigned industries and territories Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and operational decision‑makers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to understand workforce needs and propose tailored staffing solutions Collaborate with recruiters to ensure high‑quality candidate delivery and exceptional client satisfaction Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry staffing demands Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue and growth targets Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through cold calling, outreach campaigns, and referrals Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to maintain long‑term relationships Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements aligned with client needs Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights
