Seeking a
Workday HCM Solutions Architect
with deep expertise in
Workday Security Architecture
to own end-to-end design, governance, and optimization of the Workday HCM ecosystem. This role requires a strategic architect who can define scalable solutions, enforce security models, and lead enterprise-level HR transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end Workday HCM architecture
across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.
Design and govern Workday Security Architecture
(roles, domains, BP security, segregation of duties, compliance)
Define architectural standards, design frameworks, and best practices
Lead solution design for enhancements, integrations, and global rollouts
Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Drive system optimization, performance, and release strategy
Ensure compliance, data privacy, and audit readiness across Workday
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Workday Architect (not just Lead/Consultant)
Deep expertise in
Workday Security (must-have, hands-on architecture level)
Strong experience across multiple Workday HCM modules
Experience designing enterprise-scale HR systems and integrations
Workday certifications (HCM + Security preferred)
Strong stakeholder leadership and architectural decision-making ability
Preferred Skills:
Experience with global implementations (US, UK, India, Mexico)
Knowledge of compliance, audits, and data governance
Familiarity with integration architecture (Workday Studio, APIs)
