Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners will drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products in a fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment
Majority work a 4‑day workweek
Majority work no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
Obtain DOT medical certification before first day of employment.
Provide documentation of prior employment.
Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
