Human Resources Business Partner
(HRBP) will use outstanding people skills to lead, plan, and direct our talent policies and activities. The HRBP will drive employee engagement and foster a thriving culture by developing and supporting programs throughout the employee lifecycle.
LOCATION This is a HYBRID role: qualified candidates must work 3 days a week from our Atlanta (Sandy Springs) GA office.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Current experience in an HRBP / HR Generalist role, with at least 2+ years of employee relations experience.
Strong communicator, providing top‑notch customer service to internal stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and proficiency with software systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills, collaborative mindset.
Willingness to learn the “EPIC Way” and apply it to serve the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist business leaders in retaining and developing talent.
Drive HR programs across employee populations.
Provide cost parameters for hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
Participate in developing department goals and objectives.
Develop and update job descriptions and amend existing ones for clarity and FLMA compliance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Partner with Centers of Excellence for HR analytics, technology, and career development opportunities.
Monitor talent using KPIs and present data to business leaders.
Administer and guide the performance evaluation program.
Advise on employee relations issues, progressive discipline, and documentation.
Educate and support managers on employee relations and performance issues.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor organizational culture and initiatives.
Promote positive employee relationships through clear communication of HR policies.
Demonstrate relationship building, collaboration, effective communication, professionalism, leading change, fact‑based management, and continuous learning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
SHRM‑SCP, SPHR or other HR certifications preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience.
Experience in workforce development, culture alignment, and integration.
Excellent employee issue resolution and conflict management skills.
Ability to build constructive relationships with senior leaders across functions.
COMPENSATION Base pay is commensurate with experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, and considers internal equity and market data.
