Job Duties
Assist sales and marketing teams with advertising materials and communications media to symbolically represent the services and products of the company to prospects and customers.
Receive and complete work assignments from the VP of Marketing and Senior Marketing Specialist.
Collaborate with the team for content creation, visual design, and promotional coordination.
Contribute to written and visual content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
Edit and proofread content while adhering to brand guidelines.
Social media management: create content, schedule content, monitor engagement, and report on metrics.
Aid in email marketing: manage lists, draft emails, and analyze campaign results.
Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target segments.
Coordinate with the team for marketing activities, insights sharing, and brainstorming.
Collaborate with designers, proposal writers, and colleagues for cohesive campaigns.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, attending trade shows, and thought‑leadership opportunities.
Prepare communications, such as presentations, memos, letters, and announcements.
Write press releases as assigned.
Support and maintain CBE’s brand image.
Work with and support all corporate departments.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field required.
2+ years related corporate marketing experience required.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Exceptionally strong project management, organizational, and reading/analysis skills.
Highly motivated self‑starter.
Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously.
Ability to interact with various levels of associates and management.
Creativity and graphic design skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstration skills to handle many assignments simultaneously.
Efficiently work under pressure, deadlines, and stretch extra hours to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness.
Self‑confident and outgoing personality.
Expertise in forward‑thinking, market research, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to listen to intended details attentively.
Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000/year. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
