Our roots are in New York City, where founder Marvin Sanginés documented his journey starting a marketing agency in 2020. Over the past four years we have worked with founders like Noah Kagan and Jesse Puji, and executives at companies such as Swisscom and Rhomberg.
Tasks As a Freelance Copywriter, you’ll work closely with content strategists to turn expert insights into compelling LinkedIn content. The role is a mix of writer, storyteller, and clear communicator.
Process:
Take transcripts and outlines from client calls and turn them into high‑quality posts that reflect the client’s voice, highlight their expertise, speak to their target audience, and support their business goals.
Collaborate with strategists, follow our editorial process, and deliver clean, on‑point drafts on time.
Use clear writing frameworks and voice guides provided, and incorporate feedback from experienced strategists and best practices from over 100 personal‑branding projects.
Requirements You’ll make a great fit if:
You're a proactive communicator and able to adapt to different personalities.
You have excellent English and German writing & communication skills.
You're highly organized and able to manage many moving pieces.
Possess strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
You're curious and eager to learn about any topic.
You have excellent copywriting skills.
You're passionate about content.
You're a team player who lifts other people up.
You're skilled at thorough research and understanding.
You're a detailed worker with high standards for quality.
You can take and implement feedback well and without ego.
Additional details
Freelance position on a project basis, starting at 10 h a week.
Compensation: 15–20 € per hour depending on expertise.
Position is 100% remote.
Immediate start. Recurring openings each quarter.
