Summary Responsible for assisting members with a variety of Credit Union products and services and providing administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department through the following duties.
Responsibilities
Open, close, and maintain credit union accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts.
Assist members with Credit Union services and products and legal accounts.
Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and online services; process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, and check orders.
Provide administrative and clerical support effectively, communicating with related parties by telephone in the Loan Officer’s absence.
Maintain a filing system for the department and prepare and send loan packages as requested.
Generate interest‑rate sheets in the computer system and update them as needed; retrieve appropriate paperwork and information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Customer‑friendly, welcoming personality.
Pay & Benefits Annual salary range: $37,440.00 – $47,840.00.
Workplace Type Fully onsite in Ann Arbor, MI.
