Our main products include 360 cameras, action cameras, vlogging cameras, mobile gimbals, video conferencing solutions, and so much more! We are looking for a Video Producer to join our LA team to help scale up our in-house video projects.

Responsibilities Responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of in-house video productions including sourcing talent and crew for the productions, planning locations, timelines, coordinating with in-house creative teams to build scripts and shot lists, creating shoot schedules, and working closely with our editing teams during post production. Video productions will include product launch videos, showcase videos, seasonal sales campaign videos, tutorials, live streams, branding videos, event recap videos, and more. Align with internal media and product marketing teams in advance of each production to ensure key product selling points and shot requirements are met and included in production materials Track and manage projects within the allocated budget Internalize the entire Insta360 product line and all product features. Become an expert in Insta360 products. Maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Supervise any external contractors or agencies to ensure the video project quality is delivered up to company expectations. Provide inspirational research for video projects such as new locations, talent, and other creative ideas Work with in-house creative team to brainstorm new video concepts and series Track all project budgets, project output, and manage data to help executive leadership team understand effectiveness and scalability of video production efforts. Support other areas of marketing when needed such as attending offline events, demos for important media/partners, and social media management. Travel will be required Must be comfortable with adjusting working hours to accomodate shoot days, events, and travel jobs. Drafting and approving contracts via internal software Applying for and submitting partner payments

Required Experience 1+ year experience in producing video content or relevant college education Excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to multitask and maintain deadlines Ability to work closely with a large remote team Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication skills Familiarity or interest in action sports productions and using action cameras

Bonus Skills (not required) Experience working on in-house brand video production team, agency, or a commercial production team Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Insta360 editing software and other video editing software
