Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards
Maximize profitability on every transaction
Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed
Collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional goals
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales/Finance Management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Results-driven with high energy and motivation
Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications are a strong plus
Flexible schedule, including weekends
High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
