Part-Time Leasing Agent

Rate:
$19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position). Monthly new lease bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
We are looking for a sales and customer service superstar to join our leasing team at a 390-unit apartment community in Stafford near I-95 and Brooke Road VRE. As a Part‑Time Leasing Consultant, you will make that important first connection with potential residents, help them find their perfect apartment home, greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Requirements
At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
Good leasing and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
Must be able to work 1–2 Saturdays per month
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and residents
Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
Showing apartments
Securing leases

Work Hours: Monday & Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
