Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, based in San Francisco, CA. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying and managing commercial property transactions, including client acquisition and relationship management. The role includes marketing strategies for client listings, conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and staying up-to-date on market trends. Collaboration within teams and maintaining client satisfaction are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions, contracts, and negotiations

Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage client listings, and foster client relationships

Proficiency with real estate market analysis and research skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams

Proficiency with CRM software and real estate-related tools is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
