Qualifications
Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions, contracts, and negotiations
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage client listings, and foster client relationships
Proficiency with real estate market analysis and research skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams
Proficiency with CRM software and real estate-related tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
